THE WSA WAY

The WSA Way lives as WSA Soccer Club's ongoing commitment to a mission to serve, to reach, to learn, to teach, to challenge to transform the game and the people who participate in it.  The WSA Way includes a Game Model to provide perspective, and a Curriculum to provide a vertical transition plan developmentally focused.  This site will provide content for training sessions, culture builders, game tactics, team development, and player, coach, parent, and referee development models.  All content is tied to the tenets and principles of "The WSA Way". 

WHAT?

WHAT: The WSA Way is the overarching "way" of life for the WSA Community.

HOW?

HOW? The WSA Way calls us to action towards growth through understanding.

WHO?

WHO? The WSA Way first considers the person, and then the transformation sought in each unique individual.

WHY?  The WSA Way abides by the WSA Mission to serve others, by challenging the status quo, by being transformative in purpose.
